Over 250 pages and no photographs make the Heronswood
catalog one of the best reference resources on a gardener's
shelf. Dan Hinkley's exploration around the world (and
sometimes in our own backyard) yields a treasure trove.
Conifers; trees; shrubs; vines; ferns; perennials; and
grasses and grass-like plants categorize listings. It
helps to know your botanical Latin but if not, you'll
surely glean a great deal through these pages.
Plant quality is excellent; plant size is small to medium
for most selections.
