| #1 Climbing rose, Aloha, perfumes the air outside my
bedroom window. Generous girl, she is. |
| |
 |
|
#2 Aloha is carefree, too. I'm surprised there isn't
more written about her. Never given much in the way
of special care, she just grows more beautifully each
year. "Stuck" some cuttings in the ground
last Fall, just for the heck of it--no hormone even--covered
with big glass jars (zone 6 here) and probably 10 out
of 12 have healthy looking leaves! Can't wait to share
with pals.

| #3 First year bloom on white Brugmansia growing in pot.
Its 2 "sisters" of yellow and salmon, have not
yet bloomed. |
| |
 |
| #4 Inspired to purchase Brugs from Whiteflower Farm
after sitting under this Angel Trumpet TREE in Peru. Stunning
in every way! I'll never get to see mine in this state
but it's nice to have such inspiration. |

 |
| #5 Heavenly Blue, my totem flower, and Mandevilla grew
happily together atop the rain barrel. |
| |
 |
| #6. My front porch in Autumn... nothing
special to note; just a pretty picture, I think. |
 |
| Collage - Mostly shady places |
 |
| Collage - Oriental lilies, New Age & Golden Stargazer;
shady "meditation garden"/bird sanctuary. |
 |
| Mostly shady containers |
 |
| I've decorated the back garden with lights and what
joy it gave me looking out my kitchen window. I did this
for the holidays which are now past but here's a belated
photo of Christmas in my garden. |
